The Bible contains considerable evidence that Jesus considered himself to be God. He forgave sin, he purposefully rode into town on a donkey (yes, this is significant if you know your Jewish lore), and when questioned by the Sanhedrin he confirmed that he is the son of man (also very significant in Jewish tradition). So what? Well, what if I claimed to be God? You’d think me nuts. So… Jesus is God, or Jesus was insane. He did not leave us the choice to believe he was a great teacher, or a great prophet, or what have you. God, or insane. Which do you choose?
