I'm already a follower of Christ

As a Christian, my one final note to you is to try to follow Jesus’s example. I’m not sure it makes sense any more to sell all your possessions and try to gain followers and travel from city to city teaching, but Jesus’s example is definitely still useful. Specifically, Jesus was always at odds with the Pharisees because the Pharisees cared more about decorum, the law, and ultimately themselves, than they ever did about God and other people. Don’t be a modern-day Pharisee. Remember Mark 2:17. Don’t get hung up on a person’s lifestyle choices, denomination, political party affiliation, etc. The one thing that is important about a person is whether he/she believes in Jesus as personal Lord and Savior. The rest of it is just judgement, distraction, and legalism that is used by the enemy to keep people from Christ. Everyone makes mistakes, or sins, often in different ways. Jesus offers a method to wash away all those sins, no matter which ones they are, and people need to know/hear about this. Hate the sin, but love the sinner. Always. Don’t push people away from Christ…especially in the name of judging their sin. If you are interested, use the link below to find out how to keep up with my future writings…
